Alvaston Staff Bike Ride - 25th June
The first of our fundraising events was organised by some of the 'go-getter' staff we have at our Alvaston site. They completed a 13 mile round cycling trip, touring each of our three nursery sites in Alvaston, Borrowash and Oakwood. Donations and sponsorship money combined raised an outstanding total of... £705! Thankyou to everyone who made a donation and helped support this great cause. Oakwood Summer Garden Party - 9th July
Every summer we hold a Garden Party at each of our nurseries. We put on stalls, games and food for all of our parents and families to enjoy. This year the weather did force us to move things inside, but it was a great day all the same. Thank you to everyone who made a contribution on the day, you helped us raise a total of £520! Borrowash Summer Garden Party - 23rd July
The second of our three Garden Parties went down extremely well. The weather was perfect which meant everyone could fully enjoy the wonderful garden. We saw the return of the very popular bouncy castle, we had balloon modeling and wine bottle lucky dip to name just a couple of our events. Well done to all who were lucky enough to go home with a prize and thank you to all who attended for your support. All together we managed to raise £600! for the Make A Wish Foundation.
